Non-Attendance and Late Cancellation Policy

Medical Skin and Laser team pride themselves on providing personalised, boutique care to all our clients.

 

Despite COVID-19 implications, surge in demand, and extended wait times for consultation, we are actively striving to deliver the service that you are used to.

We kindly ask, that should you not be able to attend your appointment, please advise our team via phone or email,

at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Failure to do this will incur a non-attendance or late cancellation fee of $60, payable on the day.

 

This policy is also applicable to new patients that are requiring an initial consultation.
